- Complete planned preventative maintenance schedules
- Attend breakdowns to support continuous production.
- Monitor and document line downtime and breakdowns
- Control activities of contractors on site, completing permits to work
- Ensure plant and equipment is operated effectively
- Work on capital projects in line with our engineering plan
To join our team you’ll have post apprenticeship experience and an electrical bias, ideally gained in food / FMCG / factory-based manufacturing and supported by a BTEC/C&G qualification in an appropriate discipline (Electrical Systems, Electrical Control, PLCs and Mechanical Engineering).
Experience of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement would be ideal with a proactive drive to resolve problems quickly and efficiently. We encourage new ideas and a drive for new improvements, every night!
