This is a great assignment for a Interim Engineering professional to join an innovative food manufacturer on an interim basis.

The Role
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will have the opportunity to train and develop the skillset of 5 Engineers. Ensuring all planned maintenance is carried out, enabling the team to be less reactive and more proactive.
It’s a busy site, you will be on the shop floor alongside the engineers.
The assignment will be initially for a 6 Months with potential for extension.
The Person
You must have previously worked within a food manufacturing environment. Ideally this would be in a Chilled/Bakery manufacturing environment. If not, no big deal.
Preferably apprentice trained, mechanically biased with a proven track record of managing teams of engineers.
Someone with an enthusiastic can-do attitude. You will also be involved in the training and development of the Engineers.
