The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting customers with Procurement requirements, to source products at an appropriate quality and price, understanding the appropriate routes to market

Client Details

My client is a leading foodserivce wholesaler who provide a wide range of product into a wide range of sectors.

Description
  • Communicate price reviews and provide market data to wider business
  • Support business sectors in line with group strategies
  • Facilitate bench marking sessions internally, as well as with customers to mitigate cost increases
  • Work to remove bespoke SKUs where possible with key national accounts as well as Free Trade customers
  • Supplier management - Negotiate cost rebates to support the business in winning new tenders
  • Manage an effective sourcing strategy to provide continuity of supply on both branded and own brand products
  • Support the business with the tender process
