Production Planner

Our client are a large and successful food manufacturer based in the UK. An excellent vacancy has arisen for a Production Planner (High Risk) in Hull.
 

The Role:

• Set production plans to maintain service levels at the highest level
• Work closely with the Operations team to ensure plans are as cost effective as possible
• Monitor customer forecasts and orders
• Actively involved in the Risk Assessment process
• Work with other departments to ensure maintenance is carried out on all machinery in your area of responsibility
   

The Candidate:

• Previous Planning experience within food manufacturing
• Good IT skills including Excel
• Knowledge of food quality and Health & Safety standards
• Able to work under pressure and to deadlines
• Strong communicator
