Key Accountabilities
You will take responsibility for the full NPD cycle, acting as the main development contact for customers to build a sustainable NPD process. By keeping up to date with market trends and world developments in new processes, you will continue to improve competitive advantage. With effective communication skills and a strong drive, you will manage and motivate the NPD teams to ensure objectives are met and customer expectations exceeded. Visiting customer sites will be expected at relevant times to oversee trials, launches and problem solving, and to ensure the critical path meets the correct timings.
Personal Profile
• Previous NPD experience
• Food related degree or HND in Food Science
• Able to project management and effectively motivate a team
• Ability to work in a team and independently
