Operations Packhouse Manager | Fresh Produce

Due to some exciting business growth and site expansion, an excellent opportunity has come up within a successful and well-respected fresh produce business who are committed to growing and supplying an excellent standard of product to the retail market.

They are looking for a proactive, adaptive and hands-on Operations Manager to lead and oversee a busy fresh produce packhouse site. There is significant investment and building taking place at the moment so this represents excellent timing for you to be part of a new facility from the beginning.

You will be responsible for all fresh site operations, leading and coaching the team at all levels, delivering against the business plan and promoting and encouraging the company's values. A focus on delivering continuous improvement within all production areas of the fresh division whilst ultimately meeting production requirements on time and in full.

To be a successful candidate, you will be an experienced Production / Operations Manager coming from the fresh produce sector - ideally with top fruit experience.

It goes without saying, you will have excellent communication skills along with the ability to plan and manage your work load accordingly.
