Technical Manager

I currently have a vacancy within a Food Manufacturer for a Technical Manager to lead a team in the Merseyside area.

This is the perfect role for someone looking for a challenge. The site is in need of a Technical overhaul, on both standards and on culture.

If you are looking for the opportunity to genuinely put your own stamp on something – rewrite a QMS, implement new processes, educate a team on food safety and change behaviours, this is the chance to do just that.

Best suited to this role will be a strong character, but with a collaborative approach. You will be able to stand your ground and be firm, but work as part of the team to achieve things together.

This is a very well rounded and versatile role as it is within a smaller Technical team, so would be ideal for someone who enjoys a role that offers the ability to work in both the office and the hands on sides of Technical Management.

Salary is circa £45-55k depending on experience.
