Leadership and implementation of new systems are key areas for them at this stage in order to future proof the site and also reduce costs in all areas. With their close-knit, versatile and self-motivated workforce, they are in great place to be able to really make the most of this opportunity for change and develop on their already much loved products. Are you the site leader to take them to the next level?

The General Manager will:

*Create the "right" culture that embraces change and drives performance
*Lead and work closely with the Project Team on site expansion
*Research, invest and implement new machinery and cutting edge technologies
*Run an optimised day to day operation - constantly striving for improvements
*Have full site responsibility - both in terms of P&L and people.
*Leading and inspiring passionate the Senior Ste Management Team
*Develop systems and processes to optimise productivity.

So do you tick the box? Have you excelled in leading, overseeing and improving an operation? Including overseeing production, engineering and logistics. Coaching, mentoring and communication will come naturally - with a clear vision to lead and be part of the best!

To be considered for this role, you will have come from a similar Senior Leadership role within the food industry such as General Manager or an Operations Manager / Director role.
