Job Details
First Achieve are working with one of our established clients who have recently moved into a new purpose built factory in the Hayes area, they are now growing their Sales Team and would like to add a Sales Executive to the business.
This would suit someone who is looking to launch a career in Sales within the Food FMCG sector or someone who has had some experience and is looking for their next exciting role. Our client is growing and there will be opportunities for you to progres your career long term.The Opportunity

Experience
- Organisational and time management skill. Able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Analytical and creative in identifying opportunities to promote your product, looking always to raise the standard wherever you go.
- An interest to understand your clients' processes and needs and identify how your product can add value to their operation.
- Project management skill. Able to set clear goals and targets and monitor progress to see through to realisation.
- Can prioritise workload and work well under pressure.
- Strong data analysis and note taking skills.
- Ability to work with spreadsheets and prepare presentations, reports
- Manage a database of contacts across your sector and give regular updates of your performance to management and the team.
- Service existing accounts and increase sales activity through new product listings.
- Actively seek new business accounts and identify market opportunities.
- Obtain market intelligence relating to customer activity, market development, competitors and new initiatives.
- Recommend and prepare marketing material and activity in line with customer account objectives, market information and attracting new accounts.
- Analyse sales performance and trends and provide sales forecasts.
- Plan and participate in both national and international sales exhibitions.
- Assist in setting promotions, range extensions and new product development initiatives.
Our Client will offer a starting salary of up to £25k plus a 10% performance bonus along with a pension and 25 days holiday. This will be a Monday to Friday role ideally working 8am till 4.30pm
