You’ll be working as an L&D Specialist delivering training workshops at any of our 16 DTS locations. It’s a fully mobile role, spanning the UK, although we will work hard to mitigate unnecessary travel, you’ll be required to travel and stay away from home 2-3 nights a week. Equipped with a company vehicle and fully supported expenses you’ll be working closely with a number of our depots to turn the programme from a plan to reality.

You'll have experience of working in a similar role, ideally within a manufacturing or logistics environment and as such have a working knowledge of production processes. Strong on your feet and able to adapt to and engage a mixed audience will your core skills. You'll have completed a Train the Trainer, CIPD L&D qualification or PTLLS programme to underpin your practical experience. You will be comfortable working at pace, have a passion for quality and excellent communication skills, able to energise others.
