Assistant Maintenance Manager with the realistic opportunity of career progression to the next level!
We're looking for an Assistant Maintenance Manager to join the team of a food manufacturing business that takes pride in its people and their development. With a genuine opportunity of progression this could be the role that helps take your career to the next level!
You'll be responsible for the day to day leadership of 18 within the engineering team, which already has a great teamwork dynamic along with a shared passion for striving towards the same goals. You'll need to use your engaging and motivational leadership style to inspire them and keep them progressing to the next level. With a keen focus on the development of Planned Preventative Maintenance processes and Continuous Improvement projects there will be plenty of opportunities to make a difference and be recognised for your talents!
We're ideally looking for someone from an FMCG environment with a background of positive team development and experience of managing RCM structured maintenance systems. Above all, you'll need energy, drive and enthusiasm with a "can do" approach to problem solving.
