Food manufacturing can sometimes be a tough gig - demanding customers, no room for error (particularly in technical!) and cold factories to boot. It's sometimes hard to look past these factors.

The business is recruiting a Technical Services Manager to help them create a watertight technical department. You will lead a raw materials and specifications team but will have support from other technical divisions as well as on-site.
