My Client has an urgent need for an experienced HRBP to join the team to provide additional support to cover maternity leave.

My client is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support the team by coaching and advising managers to ensure full compliance across the site on HR policies and procedures, as well as providing support to the HR Director in key projects.

You must be able to demonstrate:

  • Strong knowledge and experience of managing a large volume of Employee Relations including recruitment, selection, discipline and grievance, as well as complex sickness cases
  • Detailed knowledge of employment legislation and good practice
  • A proven ability to find solutions and analyse information from a variety of different sources
  • An ability to prioritise and work under pressure against tight deadlines
  • An ability to advise, guide, negotiate with and influence employees and managers alike, both verbally and in writing

 


Ideally, you will be educated to degree level, or equivalent, with a CIPD diploma and come from a manufacturing background.
