As a NPD Technologist, you will oversee the delivery of projects regarding innovation, concept and launch. Help agree timelines and commercial targets. You will identify and evaluate food trends and customer strategy. Manage and optimise the development process whilst developing products with the team to maximise their creative potential.

You will need to have a minimum of two years' experience within a similar role and be educated to a degree level in food or related degree.

Confidence dealing with customers and their different market standards & passion for food and what you do is essential.
