Specifications Technologist

Excellent opportunity for a Specifications Technologist to join a food manufacturer that produces Branded and Own Label products.

There will be development opportunities offered.

Role:

• Responsible for managing, completing and maintaining retailer specifications across the business. 
• Work with the necessary departments to coordinate artwork and advert campaigns ensuring it is correct to the specification and legal.
• To keep up to date with customer policies and legal changes / amendments and advise the business on changes that are required.

Person:

• Ideally would need at least 1-2 years' experience within food production.
• Retailer specifications experience in a similar role is essential.
• Food labelling / Food legislations training or understanding is essential.
• Ability to work under pressure to tight timelines.
