Slaughterman

Slaughtermen required for our prestigious meat manufacturing client based in the Aberdeen area. Reporting to the Department Supervisor you will be responsible for the slaughter, dressing of carcasses and carcass preparation.



This is a permanent position due to increased sales.



Man Duties:Maintain Health and Safety StandardsMaintain Hygiene StandardsCommunicate effectivelyMaintain QualityCarry out Slaughtering and handling of Carcasses on a production lineStun & Bleed LivestockPrepare & dress Carcasses for inspectionMain and safely operator tools and equipmentDeal with wasteAchieve production specification and yields within the require timescaleAny other duties as directed by department management.

Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 6am to Job Finish, normally around 3pm



Hourly Rate: £11 per hour + Bonus depending on headage
