The Role
As a qualified nutritionist, you will be offering guidance and advice in a consumer facing role, as well as owning the NPD process. From concept to launch, you will drive the development of new product ranges, working collaboratively with technical, marketing, sales and regulatory departments. You must be conversant with the current industry and EU nutritional legislation and be able to advise on health claims. Full post launch analysis will be completed which you will use to plan for future launches, and you must ensure the portfolio is in line with trends and competitor activity.
Person specification
- BSc. Nutrition or Nutritional Biochemistry Degree or higher qualification
- Registered Nutritionist
- NPD management experience
- Experience in Regulatory/labelling
- Strong Communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to network and work within a fast-paced environment
- Ability and willingness to travel
