What do you need?
A background in looking after production teams in chilled food manufacturing businesses is essential to succeeding in this role. However, it will play an integral part that you come with the right determined and driven mindset.

Due to the complex nature of the production process, it will be highly advantageous if you have exposure to automated lines / machinery including; Packing, filling, coolers, optical sorting, metal detectors, Gun Moulds and PA lines.
