Production Planner

First Achieve are currently helping one of our established Food Manufacturing clients based at Eye in Suffolk who are experiencing some incredible growth at present to find and experienced Production Planner and will offer a salary of up to £35k.

As a Production Planner you will need to plan and organise manufacturing volumes in the most cost-effective way, ensuring Company policies and procedures are adhered to and customer specifications are met. You will need to promote a continuous improvement culture in your working methods to help improve performance and cut down costs. This is a complex site therefore attention to detail and the ability to think on your feet is a must.

You will be part of a growing Planning Function and your role will report into the Commercial Manager.

This will be a Monday to Friday role, but we are looking for someone who can be flexible as and when the business requires it.

This a growing site you will need to adapt with the growth as and when it happens.

Ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in a planning role within a food FMCG company.
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail
• Highly numerate
• Experience using planning systems & Excel
• Strong communication skills to develop strong relationships with other departments and customers.

Our client is willing to pay a salary of up to £35k and there will be huge potential to further your career long term. You will also get 25 days holiday plus a pension.
