This business unit is supported by a parent company that is a category leader in three quarters of the products it makes. So, if you do well in this role you are looking at Operations Manager or Factory Manager as your next promotion.

This Production Manager opportunity will help this business through a transition of positive change. This can sometimes mean there is a degree of nervousness from existing staff, so this is a great opportunity to come in and both reassure and inspire the team about an exciting period in the site's timeline.

You will ideally have the following skills/background:
  • Food Manufacturing experience
  • Operating at a Senior Manufacturing Level
  • Coaching and developmental experience
  • The ability to inspire and motivate a large production team
  • Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, H&S
  • CI and ideally Lean manufacturing experience
