This is a great time to join a Blue-Chip food business as General Manager for one of their manufacturing facilities.

As General Manager you will join a food business in growth with investment agreed to expand the business.

As Site Lead your remit covers production, logistics, safety, quality, service, Continuous Improvement and cost. You will help develop the overall site manufacturing strategy, including CAPEX and its deployment.

Reporting into the Manufacturing Director of the Group, you will work closely with the Head of Functions and key internal stakeholders.

You will come from a food manufacturing background, ideally World Class Manufacturing. You will have previously managed sites and commissioned new kit and lines.

This is a leadership role, so a successful track record of managing teams is needed, ideally with the tools and skills to develop high performing teams through mentoring and coaching.
