When it comes to being a spec tech, you're a pro.
Writing finished product specs, artwork approval, food labelling… it's all a walk in the park for you.
You've got the retailer experience and you're happy dealing with them on any queries they might have.
So why would you move into another specs role?
You will be joining a company that has a strong structure of support in the technical team, a team that has been built from the foundations which means internal promotion is always on the horizon if that's the path you wish to take! As the business grows and develops so will you, however cheesy that might sound.
Obviously with the progression available you need to have a good grounding in specs already. So retail platform experience is a must for this one and a solid food background working to deadlines and under pressure!
The specs here will vary given the nature of the product but don't worry about what categories you've worked with too much.
