Making the jump from QA Manager to Technical Manager can prove tricky sometimes.
What can make it easier is having more experience away from just the factory floor.
Having more exposure to technical and adding to that hands-on QA side you already know inside out.
You'll still be heavily involved with the QA team here but you'll be supporting other departments when it comes to quality a lot more too.
It'll be your responsibility to keep ahead of any legal changes, changes in customer requirements etc. and keep the site ahead of them accordingly.
The business itself is in a good place with plenty of money being pumped in by new owners. It's BRC accredited and supplying retailers with a wife range of products.
