A leading food manufacturer based in the West London area is looking for a Senior Specifications Technologist to join their operations. This is a fast paced, growing business with a fantastic reputation for quality.

The Candidate:

• Are you a graduate with experience in the food and drink manufacturing industry?
• Have you written specifications using the major retailers' online systems?
• Are you able to understand multi-component specs?
• Do you have meticulous attention to detail and excellent knowledge of excel?

The Role:

Reporting to the Head of Technical the main purpose of this role is to complete the technical specification for raw materials and finished products across three factories.
Duties will include:

• Writing technical specifications and technical support documentation for all customers
• Signing off artwork and packaging against customer requirements
• Writing Quality Attribute sheets and meal components sheets
• Maintaining all customer files
