Engineering Manager

This leading food manufacturing business has an opening within their high performing operations team for a career driven Engineering Manager to help support their continued change culture. This is a fantastic development role where the successful candidate will be given a great level of responsibility within the role alongside mentoring from Senior Managers to ensure high impact progression for both the individual and the site.

As an existing Engineering Manager from a fast paced food manufacturing industry, you will be responsible for delivering high reliability through mechanical and electrical activities, whilst driving behavioural safety improvements across your team by being both visible and absolutely committed to a site safety culture. With a strong lean manufacturing background, you will be continually delivering improvements across both the process and your team, as well and ensuring site maintenance is delivered on time and as planned.

Ideally degree educated you will be a natural and inspiring leader, you will personally lead other managers through their development to ensure leaders of the future. Highly influential you will have a proven track record of leading cultural change and be able to confidently deliver ideas and solutions across all tiers of the business. It goes without saying that you have a 'can do attitude', relentless energy to deliver success through others and a passion for engineering excellence.
