We’re currently recruiting for a regional CI Manager for the Midlands and south region for a leading food manufacturing business. We are looking for an experienced CI Manager, who has a food manufacturing background, and operates with a real coaching mentality.
COMPANY PROFILE:
Our client is a leading food manufacturing business that is a real market leader in their sector. They are currently going through a strong period of investment across their UK network and are also looking to bolster their CI team with this addition.
DUTIES:
- To ensure a consistent and successful deployment of the group Lean program across multiple sites
- To lead and coach site CI Managers in the development and implementation of continuous improvement actions to achieve breakthrough results in key performance metrics, including measurable improvements in safety, quality, productivity, service, cost, waste and employee development.
- To deliver training on Lean techniques and the process to site teams
EXPERIENCE PROFILE:
- Lean / Six Sigma Green Belt minimum
- Degree qualified , ideally with an engineering background
- Extensive experience of implementing and supporting a TPM Programme
- Capable and confident in the delivery of training to a wide range of colleagues.
- Strong interpersonal skills, and proven
PACKAGE:
Salary: £50-60,000
