Manufacturing Manager:

The Role:



As Manufacturing Manager at Natures Way Foods you will manage site responsibility with accountability for a 24/7 operation. You will represent operations and actively contribute to your factory teams. With 4 Team managers reporting directly into you and a factory population of up to 500 you will manage highly motivated and passionate teams to continuously deliver quality factory performance in line with customer and business expectations.



Other responsibilities include:



Represent operations and actively contribute to the Factory Teams Agrees KPI's on factory performance and improvement Ensures standards of quality, food and health safety, hygiene and housekeeping are met Agrees and manages operations' budget Instils and drives the proactive and encouragement culture across the Factory



Ensure their teams have a safe place to work through Risk Assessment, training, inspections & performance reviews



Working Hours: Admin (40hrs per week)
