HSE Advisor

I have a vacancy for a HSE Advisor to join a food manufacturer in the North/West London area.

This is a large business and very reputable employer, who’s products you will definitely know and love!

The role would be ideal for either a senior candidate, or someone on a management pathway, as this role does take full ownership for a number of areas within the Health Safety & Environmental remit.

It would be particularly well suited to someone from a food/pharma manufacturing background, or alternatively an engineering background would also work well.

Salary is circa 40k plus 10% bonus, and the location is very commutable from a number of areas across North, West and Central London.

Core areas of responsibility:

• Site expert for legislative and corporate compliance regarding HSE policies and site representative to all external regulatory bodies.
• Drives site HSE agenda, collate data and reports on site HSE performance, monitoring and reviewing all site policies, procedures working practices and standards
• Investigation of all accidents, incidents and complaints, ensuring corrective and preventative action
• Lead and coordinate all audits, risk assessments and continuous improvement initiatives relating to HSE
• Advise on and provide training to all employees
