Being the strong and confident Hygiene supervisor/leader/assistant manager that you are, you'll know all about how to keep the factory clean and sparkly. Your man-management leadership skills will need to be razor sharp, as you'll be responsible for a team of operatives.
Product experience isn't essential as long as you are experienced in the food industry I am looking to speak to you. The company is offering any further training that might be desired to further your career.
