HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Based on your skill set you will be part of one of our 5 platform teams, delivering projects to drive both Innovation and Cost & Network Optimisation.

We have a number of vacancies for people with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in industry. The roles require a high level of technical leadership and a ‘make it happen’ attitude. The Innovation roles will deliver projects from concept to launch, driving the growth and relevance of our brands. The Network Optimisation and Cost roles will partner with Supply Chain to continually improve the efficiency and cost base of our manufacturing facilities.

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

At Kellogg’s we want self-motivated people who are passionate about food to help us grow our business and build on our successful heritage. To be considered for this position you must be able to demonstrate the following:

Required

  • Hold a degree in Food Science, Food Technology or equivalent
  • Sound theoretical technical knowledge of food development
  • Passion for creative product development and industrial experience in the food sector
  • Prepared to travel nationally and internationally
  • Strong leaders who can influence with a strategic mind-set and understand business goals
  • Strong communication and influencing skills and the ability to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment
  • Show high levels of proactivity and a desire to drive results whilst keeping the consumer at the heart of everything that we do

WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO KNOW?

  • Based at our UK Head Office in Manchester, with European travel.
  • May require working outside of normal business hours including weekends and shift work
  • Travel to and work in, manufacturing or test facilities are an integral part of this role
  • Operation of process equipment is necessary
