You will be managing Product Specifications across all food categories. The position will also have involvement in product panels and complaint investigations. Ideally you will have a Food Science background and in-depth knowledge of food labelling requirements and food quality standards.

You'll need extensive experience creating product specifications, ideally using a variety of different retailer systems in a food manufacturing environment. The position also requires attention to detail and the ability to deal with a high volume of projects. If you are detailed focused and enjoy being busy this should suit you.
