The Role

To Manage the Specification and Customer approval process including New product development, Change management, Specification review and SAQ completion.

Duties and Responsibilities
Customer Online Specification Management systems such as QADEX, Assured systems and Insight
Customer format specifications
Client format specifications
Internal specifications 
Interpretation of Nutritional results and recipes into a ‘back of pack’ food labelling format.
Basic understanding of current food labelling requirements 

Requirements
Degree in Food Science or equivalent – suitable for a new Graduate
Food safety and HACCP knowledge
Great attention to detail
Flexible and adaptable
Highly organised and ability to multitask
Competent user of Microsoft Office 
Ability to work under pressure, prioritise and meet tight deadlines
Ability to demonstrate strong relationship building and communication skills with a commitment to providing excellent customer service
