Engineering Manager - Interim

We’re working with one of the biggest names in flavours and ingredients to find an Engineering Manager for their site in Oxfordshire.

An interim role, you’ll be responsible the highly trained Engineering Department to ensure everything from the machinery and buildings to the working practices are kept at the highest standards.

You’ll be covering the People Management, Planned Maintenance Programs, any Breakdowns as well as the Projects and Budgets and everything in between.

We’re looking for a candidate that’s got a background in high volume manufacturing and has a provable experience of working in maintenance and is able to get back to the floor and work closely with the rest of the team.
