Are you a Night Shift Supervisor who is fed up of working weekends? Looking for a new challenge with a business that puts their employees first? If so, then please see below for the details of a Night Shift Production Supervisor position with one of our fantastic clients based in West Yorkshire.
Working closely with the Hygiene, Technical and HR Departments in this food business, you will be responsible for improving the productivity, safety and quality of your production area, as well as the people working in it.
As you will be working for a niche food business, it is essential that you have experience working in a leadership role within a food manufacturing environment and are well equipped to deal with this high pressured, fast-paced environment. It is also important that you have experience in not only the practical side of supervising a team, but also the HR side as you will be heavily involved in the people management.
