This highly successful and rapidly growing food manufacturing business is looking to recruit a dedicated individual for the role of Operations / Senior Production Manager. The job

The purpose of your role is to manage overall production operations and be responsible for the effective and successful management of staff, productivity, quality control and safety measures.

You will be responsible for developing an enthusiastic, motivated and flexible team by ensuring that Health, Safety and Environmental requirements are adhered to plus also implement and manage continuous improvement and modern manufacturing principles by highlighting deficiencies and recommending changes in training, working practices and processes.

Your experience

You will be a driven and proven Operations, Manufacturing, Production Manager or similar with excellent team leadership and management skills. You will have a solid background of working in the food or beverage production industry and can demonstrate a good knowledge of food safety standards etc. You will also possess excellent communication skills and the ability to plan effectively for both short and long term goals.

The Operations / Senior Production Manager job is based in the Mid / South Wales region and is paying a competitive salary according to individual skills and previous experience.

The shift pattern will be a rotation of early, late and night shifts.
