Engineering Manager

Along with your strong engineering background, your experience in managing and leading a team of engineers will make you the ideal candidate for this position.

During a period of exciting growth, this well established company are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join their team. Within the role you will be responsible for the entire engineering function.

You will be tasked with motivating the the engineers and sustaining/building the profile of the engineering department. Training and development of the team will be an essential responsibility within this role. You will be an integral part of the management team with the autonomy to lead the team to achieve targets. You will be a leader from the front and an apprentice trained engineer meaning you can jump on the tools where necessary.

You will have a proven record of driving processes and working closely with production to increase that all important productivity. You will create a strong culture of hard work and move the engineering focus from reactive to planned activity.

If you have experience in managing a maintenance team within a Food / FMCG or Manufacturing environment and have a proven record of excellent people management, training and development, and achieving targets, I'd like to hear from you!
