You've put the graft in. You've worked every shift pattern under the sun. You've climbed the ranks and earned your stripes.

And here you are; the unsung hero of your business. Trawling through the endless job adverts, numbing your brain with the bullet pointed set of responsibilities.

You've been in the game for too long to be patronised with what's expected of you. And you know what you need to do to keep the factory safe and clean, and the customers happy.

You'll be coming in to work days but you will be expected to be available on the odd nightshift when needed, where all the magic happens! 

You will need to come in with confidence and experience in presenting to customers during audits, as well as being able to update the hygiene systems.

Your team won't be massive (at least straight away) but if the success and growth continues you will have the scope to really grow and develop your team.
