Due to some exciting new business wins and continued growth we are looking for 2 National Account Managers to join our team.

If you have NAM or Junior NAM experience within the food industry then we would love to hear from you!

You will be working at our bright and modern Head office on the Chichester Food Park in beautiful West Sussex.

We have a close-knit commercial team who are dedicated and passionate about what they do. It's always good if you can work in the office as much as possible to make the most of this energy however, there are opportunities to work flexibly from home and there will also be travel to customers.

We are one of the largest employers in the Chichester area, with 4 sites employing more than 1,200 talented individuals.

A day in the life:

We make delicious salad meals, coleslaw, potato salad, bagged salads and leafy salad bowls. Our products are stocked by leading Retail supermarkets & restaurant chains and consumed by millions of customers in the UK, so you may well have eaten something made by us!

Both roles are classic Account Management roles where you will use your experience and relationship building skills. You will be working closely with a top 4 high-profile major supermarket Retailer on a multimillion pound account, ensuring that we continuously deliver the high standards that we promise.

You will have P&L responsibility and there's plenty of opportunity for future growth and an opportunity to make your mark with the support and backing of an Account Controller.

We always strive to delight our customers so you will build close partnership style relationships with them, deliver creative presentations and attend events. You will use your commercial acumen to work strategically and seek ways to add value to your Retailer Account which in turn will create success and growth for all.

We are a private label business currently, with plans to launch a brand in the very near future. We are hugely excited about this and there will be plenty of opportunity to get involved in the launch and onward journey.

We always welcome fresh ideas and creativity. The food industry is always changing so if you are inquisitive, forward thinking and keep up to date with the changing landscape then you will succeed.

You will also work cross-functionally with different areas of the business and use their expertise including Category, NPD, Finance, Supply Chain and Operations.

About you:
  • An ambitious NAM / Junior NAM looking for a big opportunity.
  • Experience working with Food Retailer accounts.
  • Food industry experience. If you have any fresh, produce or chilled foods experience then this would be a bonus.
  • Natural communicator with excellent relationship building skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail with good commercial acumen.
  • Gravitas and credibility.


The team:

You'll be joining our ambitious sales team who look after their own accounts. The team are very professional and all pull together to deliver the high service levels that delight our customers and maintain the trusted reputation we have in our industry.

Although we make delicious healthy salad products, there is a general love of food within the team! Whether it's having dinner out together or ordering pizza in!
