Developing delicious new concepts that delight consumers...

Here's a tasty opportunity for a food lover to get their teeth into.

You will be managing a diverse range of NPD projects from concept stage through to launch. Working with leading food service and retail brands, you'll create mouth-watering, cutting edge new products.

This will involve taking concepts from customer brief, through recipe development and completion of costings and nutritional information.

You'll have the support of a process team running trials and scale up in the factory. You'll spend time visiting customers and presenting new concepts to them and internal teams across Production, Technical and Category.

To succeed here, you'll need to be experienced in own-label product development for retail customers; so, you appreciate the pace and demands of the role. A palpable passion for food is key too - you'll be abreast of the latest food trends and genuinely excited about the products you create; so, you inspire and enthuse your customers about them too.

You'll be working in pretty fantastic surroundings - this is a business that really invests in its facilities and its people too.
