Job Title: Warehouse/ Despatch Section Manager
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000

A large client of ours in the FMCG sector is looking for a talented and ambitious Warehouse Section Manager to join their operation. The key objective of the role is to take overall responsibility for on-site finished goods movement as well as maintaining stock levels. You will be required to work with the Operations team control on costs and efficiencies for all areas of expertise which affect the productivity of the factory.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:
* Ensure the compliance of finished goods into despatch and to ensure the timely delivery of product.
* To work closely with Team Leaders to ensure compliance of health and safety requirements.
* To constantly monitor warehouse processes & drive improvements to increase productivity & profits.
* Use a range of KPI's to monitor and improve performance. Take effective action when necessary to improve standards.
* To develop key relationships with your team, other departments, customers and suppliers.
* To manage the supply of pallets ensuring minimum disruption to the factory and timely intervention of issues and concerns.

IDEAL CANDIDATE
* Experienced in a FMCG company in a Despatch Manager or Despatch Supervisor position.
* Strong leader and manager of people.
* Be able to ensure teams outputs meet required daily standard.
* Able to problem solve any key issues in the business in timely manner.
* Strong communication skills to develop and maintain key relationships.
