QA Team Leader

We all know quantity is nothing without quality, especially where food manufacturing is concerned!

If you've found yourself in the busy world of food manufacturing and have a couple of years behind you as a QA Supervisor, then this will be a good step forward for you.

Using the experience you already have, you'll be taking it to the next level by looking after a small team of organised and motivated QA's. The factory is fast paced and busy, but that is where the weak will fall and the strong will succeed! You will need to be confident in your people skills, product experience isn't a necessity as long as you have the passion to work hard and keep smiles on faces then please hit apply. 

Obviously as a supervisor you'll be the first point of contact for the team for any issues and you will need to have the ability to think on your feet and act fast. You need to be ready to take on extra responsibility when the QA manager is away. Whether it's something you can sort out yourself or something that needs to be escalated, you're going to have to be able to lead and make decisions.
