Because our business has been around for almost 130 years and our experience has resulted in us becoming the leading independent speciality cheese business in the UK, providing award winning cheeses to customers in the UK and across the globe.
As an industry leader we pride ourselves on our ability to bring fantastic products to market, in understanding the consumer and our excellent relationships with our customers.  Our plan is simple, to be the most inspiring cheese business in the UK – How? By attracting only the very best people, those who are remembered, who are creative and deliver innovative solutions to their customers, inspiring our customers with our passion for cheese and creating long lasting partnerships.  We attract ‘goal scorers’, team players who can transform a team from average to outstanding with a huge amount of honesty and trust. We operate with guidelines not tramlines, translating thoughts into actions, creating solutions, and taking risks while working with a high level of integrity.
We want you to challenge opinion, create what hasn’t yet been created and take products to customers that they didn’t know they wanted, only to realise they can’t live without them.  As the largest privately owned cheese business in the UK there is genuine opportunity to make a difference, there are no ceilings, no locked doors and the flat management structure means that anything (within reason) is possible.
