• Lead retailer audits with QA manager
• HACCP lead
• TACCP / VACCP / Integrity lead
• Site meetings
• KPI Reporting
• Investigate complaints
• Close out audit non cons
• Traceabilities / Recalls
• Salmonella testing
• Quality culture work
• Pest Management lead
• Manage hygiene team
• Site controls
• QA responsibilities
• Site GMP
• Training of QA team
• Deputises for Compliance Officer

You:

• Will have worked in a food manufacturing environment
• You will have a motivational and inspirational approach
• Excellent team management experience
• Strong operational and process skills alongside being continually focused on continuous improvement of the Technical operation
• Able to prioritise workload to achieve challenging deadlines; and
• Able to drive continuous improvement
