With a distinct and passionate service that makes them stand out from the crowd, they are now looking for a bright and accomplished National Account Manager to join the team and continue their industry success.

The Role

Taking full ownership of one of the company’s leading contract catering accounts, you will oversee all sales activities, including the launch of products and the enhancement of customer relationships to drive sales.

You will nurture stakeholder relationships and work with your customer to agree a joint business plan that ensures a strategic boost of account profitability, generating growth and success. Other aspects of the role will include managing service levels, planning promotional and merchandising activities, competitor analysis and company development goals.

As an ambassador for the company you will liaise with internal colleagues as well as your high profile client base to offer advice on suitable new products that will keep their ranges in line with current trends.  You will be providing product solutions that will achieve profit and margin targets whilst fulfilling customer commercial needs and maintaining the company’s reputation for reliability and excellent service.

The Person

An accomplished Key Account Manager / NAM professional you will ideally be educated to degree level and have worked in a fast paced commercial environment. You will need to have experience of managing contract catering accounts where you have developed outstanding relationships with proven sales success.

Taking pride in forging strong relationships you will have first class communication and negotiation skills and will be able to liaise both with internal and external teams with ease. Passionate and persuasive you’ll need to be at ease managing expectations and delivering effective presentations to increase profit margins.

Fearless in your approach you will possess an unyielding drive to succeed and understand the needs of an entrepreneurial business. You will be able to adapt to the ever changing demands of a rapidly expanding company and maintain a persistent and proactive attitude at all times.
