Job Purpose
Whilst responsible for promoting the quality standards across the factory, this role works alongside the factory management teams who are responsible for the bulk of the production activities and subsequent administrative duties across the site.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Manage and support the QA team
• Oversee and assist with the site sampling plan and requirements
• Work alongside the Management team on operational issues
• To ensure site compliance with the Quality Management System
• Close monitor of site CCP’s
• Manage the site internal audit schedule
• Assist with complaint management and site risk assessments
• Non-conformance management and trending
• Completion of any reasonable additional tasks to support business needs as required
• Act as designate for Site Technical Lead where required
• Coach, Mentor and Foster a Food Safety Culture across the business
