This role will involve operating in a super fast paced environment with lots of NPD projects. You will be working in a closely knit team delivering the best tasty new products for customers.  Adaptability is key to this environment as no two days are the same, there is a need to be able to manage multiple projects at once and constantly shift priorities to deliver on time.

You will be involved in all steps of the process from concept to launch working to critical paths. Whilst ensuring products meets safety, legal and quality standards and delivering on gross margin requirements.

The business has gone from strength to strength taking a chunk of the healthy eating / sporting nutrition marketplace, they only employ people passionate about food/nutrition, with real drive to succeed in their day to day working. 

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate the following:

• Degree educated or equivalent in a Food or Nutrition based area
• 1-3 years Food industry/Sporting exposure
• Hunger to get on and grow within the business
• Real passion for food/sport
• Most importantly - the right attitude, driven, can-do, and motivated
