Factory Manager, West Sussex

I am recruiting a Factory Manager for a well-established food manufacturing business who have ambitious growth plans in place. My client has a UK wide reach and has excellent long-standing relationships with several leading retailors.

You will be tasked to take ownership of a site that needs guidance and leadership during my client's growth journey, this is an exciting opportunity for an individual to add positive change and ongoing improvement.

My client is a valued contributor to the food industry and has products across various channels, my client prides themselves on quality of their products but also 'people' so finding a Factory Manager who has the ability to influence teams is vital to this position, this role is not for the faint hearted, you will have to take the team on a journey that will involve making difficult decisions in order to make the running of the site successful.

You will be looking at the value chain and process efficiencies and be able to orchestrate ideas and plans to improve, you will be highly experienced with end to end supply chain, production, Continuous Improvement, Health & Safety and planning. It will be your job to make sure that product leaves the factory I excellent condition.

You will have been in a similar sized role before and know what it is like to lead a team in a fast paced, high pressurised Food Manufacturing environment whilst at the same time keeping your staff happy!

You will be hugely ambitious, credible and have a real gravitas, you will act as part of the site leadership team and must have the ability to present at board level.
