Production Team Leader

Due to internal promotion, we are currently supporting a site to find their next Production Team Leader to support a well established and motivated team.

Working in a fast based team you will be supplying into both retail and food service customers, manufacturing delicious products to be proud of.

With a strong vision, they are eager to have a people-orientated leader be part of their journey as they continue in a positive direction, even throughout the current climate.

It is essential that you have a food manufacturing background and you are able to demonstrate a good understanding of food safety, health and safety, quality, etc.

You will take a hands on approach on the factory floor, leading by example and getting stuck into the action. A previous background within leadership is crucial to be successful with this site and you will have a strong track record of success and a minimum of two years experience in a leadership position.

This is a days based position working 4 on 4 off, enabling a fantastic work life balance we're all striving for.
