The Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator position is a key role within the business. Supporting the Warehouse Manager, you will liaise with various teams across the business both within and multi-site as well as with customers, you will be the core point of contact for all availability and organising transport of goods.
Purpose of the position is to ensure that all products are despatched on time, to standard and in full to their valued customers, booking deliveries and managing expectations and ensuring a clear warehouse on site.
As a highly organised candidate, you will work very closely with the planning department, taking part in key meetings daily to ensure that customers are updated on weekly plans.
You will have a strong background within administration and be able to demonstrate a keen eye for detail, within a fast paced environment.
The site recently invested in a new bespoke system (full training provided) that will aid you in your day to day. You will also have a good working understanding of Microsoft packages, predominantly Excel which you will utilise on a day to day basis.

This is a Mon-Fri office hours position, proposed hours are 8-5 although flexibility is considered for this role; this is a business that recognises that values your personal life and can be adaptable for the right candidate.
