Department Manager

It's currently full steam ahead for this East Anglia based manufacturer as they are gearing up for a busy period. This paired with the success they've experienced over past few months has led to them looking for an additional Department Manager to join their team.

They are looking for a Manager who will can successfully lead their team in a high-volume production facility, working to tight deadlines while maintaining the highest quality of product for their customers. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for continuous improvements, meeting KPIs and promoting a positive working culture.

To be considered for this role you must have a proven track record delivering targets as a Production Manager within a food manufacturing facility. You must have a good understanding of the flexibility needed in the industry and a real passion for people management. Please note that slaughter experience is essential for this role.

In return this role is offering Monday - Friday working hours and a generous salary, as well as the opportunity to undertake lots of company training.
